How It Works?
Who it’s for:
First-time or soon-to-be managers (especially tech leaders in start-ups/scale-ups)
Format:
12 sessions (biweekly, 60 minutes each) over 6 months
How it’s structured:
Every session includes a blend of practical learning (a focused training/concept, ~15–20 min) and personalized coaching on your real-time challenges (40–50 min).
There’s a strong foundation: we’ll cover essential topics in the first 6 sessions—building confidence, feedback, delegation, navigating tough conversations, managing up, and finding your leadership “style.”
The second half of the program is fully customizable:
Sessions 7–11 are tailored to your evolving needs and chosen focus areas—whether you want to dive deeper into team dynamics, stakeholder management, personal resilience, or anything that arises as you grow.Session 12 is dedicated to integration and celebration—reviewing progress, securing next steps, and marking your growth.
This structure is your roadmap, but our coaching always adapts to what’s most helpful for you—making sure you get exactly what you need, when you need it.
