Strategic partnership for impact-driven founders and leadership teams during growth.
You started this company to change something real.
The mission is clear. The market is responding. The team is growing.
And somewhere in that growth, something shifts.
Decisions slow down. Ownership blurs. The leadership layer that carried you through early traction isn't quite built for what's coming next.
Impact organizations face a specific tension: the urgency to perform externally can quietly erode what makes you strong internally. Culture dilutes. Leaders burn out. The founding energy becomes harder to protect.
This is the moment where intentional leadership architecture matters most.
I partner with founders and leadership teams in impact-driven organizations — when growth is accelerating and the human system needs to scale with the same intention as the mission.
Who This Is For
Founders and leadership teams building companies where performance and purpose are not separate goals:
You're likely in a growth phase: raising, scaling, internationalizing, or professionalizing your leadership layer.
You care deeply about impact. And you're starting to realize that how you lead internally determines how far your mission reaches externally.
For you, the mission is not a marketing line — it's a constraint on how you build.
How We Work
Leadership Partnership
A 1:1 engagement for founders navigating the shift from builder to architect — and for the senior leaders around them growing into roles that keep redefining what leadership means for them. intentionally.
Strategic Scale Mandate
A focused 3 to 6 month partnership designed to stabilize and strengthen the leadership layer during a specific growth phase — decision architecture, alignment, culture at scale, and international expansion.
About
Cecile Beracochea
I didn't arrive at this work through a straight line.
I spent nearly two decades inside international organizations — building People functions from scratch across 12 countries, navigating M&A, restructurings, and the particular chaos of rapid cross-border growth. I worked from the inside, with real accountability, in places where the decisions had real consequences for real people.
What I kept seeing — in Barcelona, in Los Angeles, across EMEA — is that the organizations that struggled most under growth pressure weren't struggling because of strategy or product. They were struggling because the human layer hadn't kept pace. Not the HR layer. The human layer. How people lead each other. How trust holds or erodes. How a founding vision survives contact with scale.
That observation eventually brought me to coaching. And to this specific work — not above the organization, advising from a distance, but alongside it. Sleeves rolled up. Same level as the leader. Trying to understand what is actually happening before exploring what could change.
I believe that caring for the people who work with you is not a soft value — it's a strategic one. And I believe that impact organizations, in particular, have both the mindset and the responsibility to be as intentional about their internal impact as their external one.
I'm a certified executive coach — PCC and CPCC — with over 1,000 hours of practice across 80+ organizations. I'm French-American, based in the south of France, and I work internationally in English, French, and Spanish. I'm curious by nature, drawn to complexity, and genuinely interested in the people I work with — which, in this work, turns out to be the most important qualification of all.
