As a leadership coach, she helps leaders align with their values and their uniqueness, navigate transitions, overcome challenges, and ultimately lead from a place of consciousness to find fulfillment in all aspects of their lives. [In addition to coaching, she consults and facilitates work sessions for purpose-driven leaders and organizations, guiding them in designing workplaces that align with their unique needs and regenerative principles].

Cecile is a certified leadership coach with extensive experience in global HR operations and learning and development. Her diverse background includes coaching clients in a wide variety of industries and different company sizes, from startups to large Fortune 100 companies. Having lived and worked in several countries, including France, Spain, the USA, and French Polynesia, she brings a wealth of cross-cultural experience to her coaching practice. Cecile is based in Los Angeles but works with clients all over the world.
